On friday, in the lashings of Irish rain I went to my local news agents to play the euro millions. I literally, 100% believed I had it won. In the midsts of my mental millions spending spree, I came across 20 Windsor Road. The dream. My dream. The most incredible house I have ever seen. Alas, some lucky spanish woman won my fortune. Fair play to her, I do not begrudge, I wish her well. I hope she finds her dream villa or something. 20 Windsor Road however remains unsold.
I am a 19 year old arts student. 20 Windsor Road is never going to be mine. A substancial career...being realistic...is really never going to be mine. I am the broke bohiemian. The beaten bourgeois. Until now, I have been unmotivated, unmoved and uninterested. SO I turn to blogger..not to beg (though donations would be graciously accepted) but to allow you to follow my long and winding road that will hopefully lead to 20 Windsor Road. My partner in crime, life-long friend Sheila Whelan and I have began compiling ideas on how to make 2.5 million euro. We watched Mad Money last night as research but as we work in a care home and not a federal bank we think robbery might be a bit dodge. We googled "Make me a Millionaire" but online got the hits of some canadian game show and we can't afford to fly there. I offered to make oragami frogs and sell them for a euro but i don't know if the markey would strech to 2.5 million people. We are both single though so if theres any lonely billionaires out there...
It's day one and the Windsor Road fund stands at €2.74. Wish me luck.
"If two and a half million people gave me a euro, I'd be laughin"... ....Great
